#Today was a riding my bike in the late September afternoon sun, listening to the soothing Radio Paradise Mellow Mix*, feeling all the big feels kind of day. Summer shifting to fall always deeply resonates with me. There's change ahead, the scary and life-giving and sad and exhilarating tingle of endings and new beginnings.

The idea of getting #unstuck sometimes feels like sweet relief to me, but other times like sheer terror and fear. When I look inside there are parts who do everything in their power so I won't move. What I call being stuck–they call it being safe. And here's thing: I respect that need and I respect that #fear. I don't ignore or belittle it. I listen closely to the needs and try to find solutions that work for me, as a whole, as I am right now. That's the spirit I try to convey in this project.
