Deswegen gebe ich bei Bestellungen in Online-Shops immer die Nummer von Frank (digitalcourage.de/Frank-geht-ran) an, wenn eine Telefonnummer verpflichtend ist. Die Kommunikation über die Bestellung ist ja sowieso immer per Mail.
