@cmaier oooooh. Really? For some reason, I thought it was doing a local transcription on the Sure enough just sent an audio message to myself and it worked immediately.
@kemayo it makes total sense for it to be off by default. I found it on on a family member's phone who does not often go spelunking through settings though, so I wonder. It was on my personal and test device as well, but I don’t recall turning it on.
In case anyone else runs across this... Using @Observable on a class that has a property that is a closure causes the Xcode beta 3 compiler to flip out. Using @ObservationIgnored on the said property will get the compiler to calm down.
Xcode 15.0 Beta 3 patch notes from Apple’s Website that has “visionOS projects that use the @Observable property wrapper will fail to build in Xcode 15 beta 3. (111494849)” in focus, with surrounding bugs faded out.
@SENTINELITE oh yeah. Now in beta 3 if you assign a default value to properties it freaks out. Before beta 3 it would freak out if you didn’t assign a default value.
