Yesterday I started watching Paper Dolls, the Paramount+/Network Ten drama about a manufactured pop group at the turn of the millennium that's definitely not Bardot. It's EXCEEDINGLY bad and I LOVE it.

MEANWHILE over on Reddit, for the past week across a bunch of posts, people have been arguing about whether or not Bashir and O'Brien are English.

Bashir because I guess brown people can't be English, and O'Brien because CLEARLY Ireland and England are interchangeable and absolutely no controversy can arise from that statement.

So I'm listening to this audiobook on the Black Panther Party, and then yesterday afternoon I half-woke from my nap, picked up my phone and searched "are tonsils cops". And multiple results said yes.

In conclusion, kill the cop in your head but also your throat, and I cannot be trusted with serious books about serious topics.

Tonsillitis continues to be rubbish. Zero stars, do not rate. Its primary redeeming factor is that it's not covid, and that only gets you so far. (I'm improving! It's just a virus. BUT STILL.)
