@lune you can always edit your existing intro and then boost it :kon_Strong: Self-boosting is a common practice since there is no 'algorithm' to surface old posts. I will often make a post late at night and then boost it the next day during more sane hours if it's something I want people to see

@Liz someone who kills is a killer, and a Bostonian would pronounce that "killah". An item that makes you go "Oi! :kannafacepalm: " would therefore be an "Oi-er" which a Bostonian would pronounce very close to "Ouya"

@weebdeluxe I'm extremely curious to see where the mangaka takes the story long term. I'm enjoying the slice-of-awkwardness-life for the time being but I'm hopeful there will be some solid plot in the future, rather than the plot revolving entirely around her own weirdness

@Bard yesssss it's great! Only 13 chapters so far (the hiatus came after only 6 😭) but already loving the vibe and characters. It has some wonderful messaging about accepting others, self-acceptance in the face of uncertainty, and the confusion and anxiety that comes with learning to life with our own unique peculiarities

Struggling with the first season of SPYxFAMILY. It started strong but now that I’m on episode 17 it is quite boring with the focus on Anya.

I guess I got a bit spoiled with Rascal does not dream of bunny girl senpai and After the Rain.

@tanoshimi OMG you MUST watch the first movie at least, "Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl". It's IMO the best part of the series. It covers two volumes of the novels (where the season of anime covered 5 volumes). Note that you may not be able to stream it anywhere anymore, even for money, and may need to resort to downloading it. If you have trouble finding a copy let me know and I can get you access to mine.

OVA stands for "original video animation" and typically refers to stuff that isn't part of a season, but also isn't a full length movie. I don't know if you can find them online yet because they are fairly recent.

@tanoshimi oh it's definitely not on the major services, that much much I'm sure of. It was on its own dedicated site originally, and you had to pay to watch it. But I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist anymore and it's only available on disc in Japan.

I am kind of at the point where I feel all romcom manga just needs to end like Bokuben, give us all the endings so every girl wins.
Bokuben could have had better written endings (except for kominami, hers was fucking incredible) so it's an opportunity for a mangaka to try to do a better job at it.
