2nd shave with my new brush. Holy crap, this thing is great! Builds a rich, creamy lather in just seconds, and puts it on so smooth and soft. Highly recommended.
What country music would you recommend to someone who wants to listen to some country that isn’t bro/truck country? I know not all country music is Like That but unfortunately at the moment that’s most of my experience with the genre and I want to broaden my horizons. Maybe some good gothic country or bluegrass suggestions?...

Poverty in the U.S. is a choice directly reflecting federal, state, and local policies. The expansion of safety net programs in response to the pandemic-driven recession reduced poverty rates nationally in 2021 to below pre-pandemic levels. However, because policymakers ended many of these programs—including expanded...
Over in the vinyl sub at the Bad Place, u/Folk_nurse had been doing a Vinyl Tunes for June thing. When the blackout started, I kept adding to my own list each day, and I’d love to carry on with you all. Below is the calendar, I’ll start a thread each day....
I stopped drinking on the 18th of March 2023. Because of where I live and how my culture socialises, this was a huge step. But to be honest, in hindsight it was just something I'd been putting off for a long time. The hangovers did just become a nightmare to deal with, plus I didn't feel like I was doing well with my personal...

My drinking had been increasing since my marriage ended a couple years before that, and I knew it was starting to get out of hand, but it took my dad's death to give me the motivation I needed to stop. He was a lifelong drinker, and I realized that's just not what I want for myself. Good luck to you on your journey, OP.
Awesome, this takes me back in a great way. My parents had an old hi-fi phono in a beautiful wood cabinet, and they had some Esquivel records just for the purpose of showing off the stereo sound. Thanks for this!

I read before bed but am unsure if I should be using a no back light Kindle or if the Kindle app on my iPhone is ok? Anyone have experience with sleeping quality after reading using either of these?
