Schon krass, ich bin einerseits seit gut zehn Jahren beruflich meine eigene Chefin, tough im Auftreten, und habe mich mit meinen 46 Jahren immer respektiert gefühlt als gestandene Frau.
Andererseits reden im Social Media teilweise Leute mit einem, als hätte man einen Lolli im Mund und geflochtene Zöpfchen. 😂

@jxrxme Es ist die Konsistenz! Margarine ist sehr viel weicher und neigt bei Zimmertemperatur sehr schnell dazu richtig... schmierig, fast zerfliessend zu werden. Das ist bei dieser veganen „Butter" nicht so. Die bleibt fester. Ist aber auch direkt aus dem Kuehlschrank schon gut streichfaehig.

Und dann, wie ich finde, der Geschmack. Es gibt vegane Buttersorten, die haben sogar diesen typisch butterigen Geschmack.

@oldperl @svenja Was bei mir ein langer Lernprozess war, der aber funktioniert:

Einfach nur „nicht gut drauf sein" ist eine Entscheidung. Klingt bloed, ist aber so. Sich umentscheiden und die Gedanken auf Positives konzentrieren, pustet diese schlechte Laune wirklich weg.

@svenja @oldperl Eben, oder so. Ich meinte auch nicht ein „krampfhaftes positives Denke“, vielmehr, wie du es beschreibst, den Fokus auf Positives lenken.

@oldperl @svenja Verstehe ich sehr gut. Appnoe ist bei mir auch ein Thema. Depression ebenfalls. Gegen Letzteres bekomme ich bereits Medikamente und war in Therapie. Und das mit dem Schlafen... nun, ich fuehre da ein sehr ungesundes Leben. Ich gehe viel zu oft sehr spaet ins Bett, und muss dennoch Morgens 6:30 Uhr raus. Da hab ich nicht selten nur 3h Schlaf. Das macht mich kaputt.

Wie auch immer. Noch hab ich die Energie mich Positivem zuzuwenden. Und das wollte ich nur teilen. 😃
