Holly (the rabbit) is at an age now (7.5 years old) where I get mildly freaked out any time she does anything even remotely unusual 🫠 She’s probably fine (again) but she’s been really slow the last couple of mornings and just chilled out in her house instead of coming out to say hello to me, so my initial reaction is always “omg please tell me you’re not dying 😰”
She’s still eating and drinking like usual so it’s probably fine… 🫥 but she’s definitely not acting the same as she normally does…

in a way it’s nice to know that my face isn’t super memorable - I have been using the same bicycle parking since 2018, and almost every time I go there the old man who collects my money asks me where I’m from and then excitedly tells me that his son-in-law is also British 😅 And every time I respond, あ、そうですか！いいですね 😄 he must think there’s a huge number of Britons living in the Fujisawa area

lol wow i just checked my husband’s parent-child notebook (from when he was a baby) and apparently he - born at 37 weeks - was lighter than my lightest baby AND shorter than the tallest(/longest) of the twins… who were born at 34 weeks 😳
