I got these fugly looking from a farmer friend. I get free fugly veggies from farm friends if they don't sell everything at market. These are damaged & definitely far from prime condition but still very good to eat/cook with! All free. Free, is my fave price ๐Ÿ˜Š

Getting one or two stops back on a train to catch an empty train constitutes fare evasion. Many commuters think it would not be found, but not necessarily true. This is what friends of mine working as station staff told me:

  1. Ask all passengers to alight the train before it reverses

  2. Make sure that all passengers queue up before doors

  3. Do ticket inspection from the end of each queue

  4. Result in penalty fares of 200k to 800k yen in most cases.
