Kürzlich trat SAP-Personalchef Cawa Younosi zurück. Wie man aus Unternehmens- und Personalerkreisen hört, wohl auch aus Protest gegen die momentane Personalpolitik. Er stand dem Vernehmen nach stets für eine mitarbeiterorientierte Personalpolitik, die nun offensichtlich geändert werden solle....

Gibt es eigentlich irgendeine Studie dazu, dass man im Büro mehr arbeitet, belegt?

Sein Leistungsgedanke würde bei mir komplett scheitern, pendeln + sozialer Austausch haben dazu geführt das ich weniger produktiv gearbeitet habe. Im HO kann ich mich ungestört konzentrieren und arbeite gefühlt deutlich mehr. Selbst Orga, wann ich ins Büro gehe klappt deutlich besser. Hinzukommt weniger Bürofläche, da nur 50% der MA ins Büro gehen.

Ich denke zweiteres wird passieren, wenn du gezwungen bist ins Büro zu fahren, dann arbeitet man bestimmt nicht mehr Leistungsorientiert. Ich kenne viele die schon vor Corona einen HO Platz wollten und nicht mehr ins Büro zurück wollen.

Müsste ich jeden Tag 2std sinnlos pendeln, damit ein Chef, den man nie im Leben zu Gesicht bekommt sich gut fühlen kann. Dann würde ich ein Scheiß tun und auch noch produktiv sein.

Im using 4 different messenger apps and i dont really need to track it. If people sent you a message, i just open and respond. I have an iphone and i dont use iMessage at all. I think Europe is different to USA.

Vor allem suchen sie jemanden mit einem Physik Master, der am wenigsten für ihre Stelle geeignet ist…

Nach diesem Prinzip müsste eine Reinigungskraft an der Uni zuerst ein Studium abgeschlossen haben, ansonsten kennt sie ja die Gebäude gar nicht 😂

Und was ist deren Ziel bitte, warum muss man Frauen ins Physik Studium bekommen. Darf doch jeder selbst entscheiden was er macht.

Warum sollte eine einzelne Person ein Vermögen wie 100k normale Bürger besitzen können.

Das erlangst du nicht auf Grund von Ehrgeiz oder Disziplin.

Deswegen haben wir bei 80millionen Menschen auch nur wenige hundert Milliadäre. Wir ziehens halt einfach net durch, ansonsten hätte jeder von uns nen Privatjet und eine Jacht 😉 Sag das auch mal deinem Arzt oder Bäcker, alles luschen die es halt net durchziehn.

Kann da nur mitgehen, unser Problem sind nicht die kleinen "SUV"s sondern die GLEs, X7 etc. Ein kleines Auto mit Bodenfreiheit ist super für Menschen die auch auf Wiesen/Wäldern unterwegs sind.

Meinst du eine NFC Karte? Mein Verkehrsverbund kann diese Karten nicht auslesen… ich zeige einen QR Code auf meiner App den Sie auch nicht lesen können 😂

Mein Verbund hat gesagt, frühstens 2024 könnten Sie diese NFC Karten erkennen.

I think there could be a big hardware change for people who are interested in the photo area. I want to see how that bigger sensor and AI performs. Currently there are not many brands who stand a chance sgainst the Pixel photo quality. Smartphones resching a goof point for a second camera.

But besides this, i also agree that locking Software features is BS and they should not copy Apple with that.

What is your current phone?

In todays world the Pixel 8 is a small phone. It has nearly the same size as the IPhone 15Pro which is also a small phone.

Is there any flagship phone with smaller dimendions?

One problem would be, if they go smaller it gets more expensive and then there is less space for camera/battery and so on. So you pay more for less power.

Maybe Google finds its way like Apple and will get a wider range of phones.

Wasnt the law that you could still build not replacable batteries because of water resistance?

I would love to have that option back again, since batteries are the main part why phones die right now.

I guess there is also the problem with glas and how seemles everything should be. I remember that plastic cases were easy to open. Now we have to remove glue to get it open. I still dont understand with those glass backsides… i think nearly everyone uses a case.

I dont even care for that water resistance, as soon water gets in, there is no warranty for it. I think i saw that apple still puts some water sticker inside the phone, to see if water destroyed it.

Bin auch seit 3 Jahren ein Pirat was Spotify betrifft. Es fehlt zwar HQ, aber das hat mich bisher nicht gestört. Schade das es für iOS sowas nicht gibt.

is there an alternative browser for android? im very happy sbout uBlock instead of using a VPN for blocking Ads. I stopped using Chrome, since there are now add ons for mobile.

My Huawei P30Pro NE only received 1 Update and im thinking the 8Pro could be the final replacement. Im still waiting for Battery tests.

My work phone is a IPhone13pro and battery is crazy good there. I hope Pixel can get closer to Apple.

I guess they have then 7 years time to fix battery life or make it worse every year.

Im using my IPhone as a daily webcam for my Macbook Pro at work. Its awesome and the quality surpasses everything.

I saw somebody mentioned DroidcamX, it costs money and is way behind the Apple integration.

So I would love that my Android can be used as webcam in the future. Maybe Pixel 8 with its new camera sensor and Android 14 will be a good match.

Man könnte eine Steile These aufstellen, 4 Tage pflegen lockt mehr Bewerber in diesen Beruf als 5 Tage mit Überstunden.

Vor allem Berufe mit körperlicher und psychischer Belastung profitieren von weniger Arbeitstagen.

Ansonsten klingt es so, als sollte man alle in der Pflege auf eine 6Tage Woche setzen. Weil es fehlt ja personal und daher müssen die bestehenden eben mehr arbeiten.

Why did they put the 5x only in the Max version… im on 13pro and can switch next year to 15pro. But im missing some new features or what “next gen” portraits do mean.

I will wait what Pixel 8 Pro will do, maybe this year they have more to offer.

Yeah i hate the big Screen, i like the size of the normal Pro. But i miss the 5x zoom, that nearly all Androids do have on that price tag.
