I like the interpretation that Jesus sacrificed himself to free humanity from the existence of God but in classic fashion humanity interpreted it in the opposite, status quo wins again.
Do people just say “type A” personality now? Or describe someone as more “passive” as opposed to “assertive”? The alpha/beta/etc terms are scientifically unreal but it’s not like people generally don’t know what is being referred to when discussing people’s general personality vibes
It is valid to criticize how our current society disproportionately economically reward STEM fields while ignoring social sciences, philosophy, anthropology, etc. and thus often creating these math nerd types who are simultaneously racist or reactionary idiots, but (assuming you’re being serious) dismissing math as “fake” only reads as very bitter

For real, sitting here flabbergasted by this claim. I think it is interesting though, it highlights a very specific isolated Western dominated historical worldview to assume capitalism is naturally occurring. I demand more anthropology in school!
