I've got to figure out how to get better battery out of this laptop. Should last over 12 hours. However I can only get up to two. Screen is dark, screen curtain is on. Dropbox and all other heavy apps are closed.

@spaciath Pretty sure I just used the InnoSetup wizard when I did this. It's your standard installer. Was ridiculously simple to do, and then you get the filled out code template and can edit before compiling.
I've lost my left airpod pro second gen. We can't find it anywhere. I assume my only option is to fork up the $250 for a new set of airpods? These do not have apple care at all and were bought from an AT&T store.
@simon@jscholes@spaciath My computer does this under any heavy network load, it doesn't have to be dropbox. My wi-fi network goes up to 40 MB/s down, and when I breach 30 or so it stutters. The built-in sound card does small looped segments, my external one has drop-outs. Some kind of I/O contention.
@simon@jscholes It does include the onboard card yes. Network speed is normally around 900mbps depending where I am in the house. I am connecting over wi fi as this machine has no ethernet unles I use a USBC adapter. Running Windows 10 22H2 (AMD64) build 19045.4291 on a Inspiron 14 7430 2-in-1 laptop. STORAGE: 1TB SSD

@spaciath Aside from incidental skills that might maybe transfer over, like increasing reaction time or mental exercises (which I don't think CR really has at all), games are for no other purpose than entertainment. if they are not entertaining you, don't play them.
@simon I just told her as much. I said you can play there as much as you want but don't expect to see me around. I will not play a game like that. I've grown to hate RP and when I connect it's only to babysit text babies of hers. Why would I waist my time on that?
moo coders. I have json that is being placed into a map. When I try to read the json I see the output of [map]. How can I read this output? Trying to make a link information thing that shows where a link goes online!

@simon I have better output now but finally gave up at around 11:30 at night. I can see this output but not what I actually wish to see. If it helps I will DM you the nasty horible code. I say it's nasty but I am having a really really bad brain day. :(

College has a program I can use to record class and upload the audio. It then converts it to text. Is there a decent bluetooth microphone I can buy that I can place near her desk? I don't want to have my whole laptop over there.
@spaciath Yeah, it would definitely make that easier, especially if you got yourself the attachment that gave you an additional two input jacks at the top.
In todays what the hell college. I am being forced to take a print asignment home. Print it, fill out the problems. Scan it back into my computer as a photo and then upload it. I told my teacher that the people I live with have lives and can't just drop work to help with work. Another student got an electronic copy of the asignment. So why can't I? I'm just bothered that I am being forced to use a print copy when I know there is an electronic version.
@spaciath That's very illegal. If you aren't able to find someone to do it, or if you just feel like dying on this hill, I would really encourage you to email the instructor and cc the disability office.
@simon That's just what I have done. Yes. I can find sighted people to help. But that isn't the point. If you have photo copies of the asignment you can make them electronic. Don't lie to me and say you can't make them electronic at all. Don't tell me that I will have to figure it out and people may have to take time off of work. Seriously. There are asignments like this due every Monday morning.
