For several months now, I've been using an app called Due for reminders, and I think it is helping me more than any other app I've tried. It has interactive notifications that let you reschedule or complete reminders from the lock screen; Siri support; a set of really nice sounds that can be chosen per-reminder; all the usual recurring features; and best of all, customizable auto-snoowhze, which causes the reminder to repeat until you either reschedule or complete it. For some reason when Dropbox is downloading files my audio on any sound device starts to studder quite a ton. Would anyone know why?

@simon @jscholes It does include the onboard card yes. Network speed is normally around 900mbps depending where I am in the house. I am connecting over wi fi as this machine has no ethernet unles I use a USBC adapter. Running Windows 10 22H2 (AMD64) build 19045.4291 on a Inspiron 14 7430 2-in-1 laptop. STORAGE: 1TB SSD
RAM: 16GB
PROCESSOR: i7-1355U
