I am wondering how a MPGe is calculated.

It’s already not straight forward to calculate the MPG or L/100km, because it’s highly dependent on driving and weather conditions and OEMs use this confusion to fudge the numbers all the time.

I suppose the MPGe, on top of all that depends also on the cost of electricity ?

Teams is the absolute worst, my SO has some interviews lately and we had to figure out how to make it work:

1. Linux + Firefox
2. Plz create a Microsoft account. Urg… Fine.
3. Sorry, web browser not supported. BS
4. User-Agent switcher: ok you’re in ! But other participants don’t see the webcam feed despite it showing just fine on our end
5. Ok, let’s try Chromium. Nope, can’t join the meeting
6. Let’s go over to the MacBook Air. Can’t install Chrome, MacOS is too old, no more updates from Apple
7. Let’s try on Android. Would work, if you could find a way to open the meeting link in the App LoL !
8. Ok, let’s install, windows 11 and get it working, fucking painful, again create and account, sign all of our most intimate data off to the overlords, takes fucking hours to install… #GettingThingsSetupForyou… #Hi
9. Finally, Install Flatpak Chrome on Linux, works ! WTF… I am so fucking done with this…

Well, e2e encryption doesn’t give you any guaranty if the encryption and communication protocols are proprietary and you didn’t set the encryption key(s) all by yourself. Samsung could very well have the private keys to decrypt the data and give it to anyone they wish.

Sorry, but it’s also beyond my understanding. As far as I can understand, run0 doesn’t use a sandbox, but will better isolate the privileged processes from unprivileged ones when executing a command.

Without going that far. With Fedora you almost certainly have to deal with extra repos, like RPM-Fusion in order to have a fully working system, or install some proprietary software like Steam, Spotify, Nvidia drivers…

Fair point but… in Fedora the Flathub repository is not there by default. Only Fedora Flatpak repository is present and active after a fresh install and you shall add and activate Flathub repository manually. Today on my main computer I have 18 apps installed from Flathub, and only 3 from Fedora Flatpak.

Typically tempo is given in Beats-per-minute, while the SI unit would be Hz (Beats/second) but it’s just a matter of dividing or multiplying by 60 to convert one to the other and minutes are anyway not more Imperial than they are Metric, so in short I have not answered you questions, you are very welcome.

You sound like some who has never voted.

Last time, I forced myself to vote for Mister Money-for-the-rich despite the fact I hate everything he wrote in his program, I thought I was doing the right thing by participating to “blockade” Miss Nazis-did-nothing-wrong.

Well, just a few months later, it was the elections for parlement représentants and the winning president and his “Party of rich”, they just fucked all of us right up in any circonscriptions they got eliminated, they just stated publicly “don’t vote for the commies ! They are a danger for the democracy ! (Vote for the Nazis instead, we like their ideas better, but you didn’t hear it from me lol”.

Now we have Mr Money-for-the-rich as president and Party of rich has the most sits (but no majority) and they are the danger for democracy as every time they fail to vote a law they proposed to fuck us deeper (despite getting help from all the racists on the right side of the room), they use a loop-hole to make it law without vote.

So, yes. I understand someone who doesn’t want to get up and queue 2 hours on a Sunday morning to go vote for a person who will ultimately humiliate you at every occasion he has.
