@arcana @sun the only person I was ever truly gagged at and surprised about, along with many other women (who will never admit it) is Nikki Tutorials and she handled the blackmail well.

I think she was able to blend in because of the drag queen makeup she helped normalize alongside other gay men like james charles or manny mua and she was big and tall, but apparently dutch women are tall. I never realize how big she is in person because of her first person videos and such.

@sun @arcana I do not reference celebrities when it comes to passability tbh, but I get what you are saying. This is what I actually mean as indicators:

• adams apple
• hairlines
• hands and feet, head size and other dimorphic traits like shoulder width and hips
• bad fashion sense calls attention very quickly more than any of the above
• having obvious injections or fillers in your ass that are in no way naturally proportional and proceeding to lie about it (it was so bad another trans mutual even said it was liess)
• male dominated hobbies such as programming, a lot of the time (the stereotype is painfully true don't come for me lol)

That entire argument of ethics of games journalism was so fucking stupid. There was never anything remotely ethical about game’s journalism it was literally just commercials. No one called out the real issues like EA buying up indie dev groups and cannibalizing and gutting them into shells of their former selves for what basically amounted to pocket change or the danger of micro transactions and DLC
I don’t goobergate 2 would make much of a difference. Most of the male gamers are malding over what they deem as “politics” in their games. Politics to them is a vague repellent to them that could mean a lot of things but from what I noticed is any kind of reference to mainstream political happenstances which is retarded because most of kojima’s games are literally just that lmao

The borderlands series cashed in on diversity/“sjw” rhetoric and made tons of money despite the games not being that good but so many normies bought them and liked them a lot despite the additions of they/thems, and corny ass storylines about the evils of misogyny and racism

I like how people focus on overwatch 2 censoring the girls and not that activsion-blizzard-Microsoft scammed a lot of people out of $60 on a free to play game promising them a story mode campaign that got canned

EA canceled alice maddness 3 too, I'm still pissed.

Yes, I am aware of factory farming. I was a vegetarian myself throughout my teens, but not because I am against using animals for food, but because of the inhumane, disgusting conditions, and because of environmental concerns regarding water.

The problem is the moral superiority of vegans claiming that no exploitation occurs in their dietary lifestyle. Secondly, veganism is not sustainable, economic, and hasn't been observed throughout history from an anthropological perspective. Veganism is not the answer to mass production, food waste, and the agricultural industry in the states.

What you do Alex, is the dietary and social equivalent of using a paper straw.

The thing neither of us like are factory farms. But I also think it’s wrong to kill an animal for no reason.

Factory farming is not the same as people who raise lifestock for food. I have a feeling that you are sheltered and never actually monitored your food from farm to table, but my family has done so for generations. There are often independent farmers who are transparent about their practices that don’t involve inhumane conditions. Indigenous people have done so for generations, and I have the feeling that vegans like yourself are the first to condemn sacred and sustainable practices that don’t involve overfarming or food waste, because of your feelings about animals.

My point still stands. You don’t think about the animals that are killed, maimed, and displaced when people make room for farming land. You would equate this as killing animals for no reason in the context of someone trying to feed themselves, but when it’s done for agricultural reasons it has a reason to you. That’s hypocrisy.

You have to at least be lacking other options first before I can begin to justify it.

More vegan ignorance. The quinoa you love so much has been the main staple of various ethnic groups in the global south. I don’t think you realize that meat in a delicacy there, which points to America being the problem with red meat overconsumption.
