I am going to blame "call HMRC‡" being on my TODO list† for this coming week for the nightmare about leeches.

†Had to correct this from TODO lust, there will probably be lustful thoughts next week but not about tax.

@athena_rose922 Friends in another place are trying to reassure me that it is all actually fine. That if you call them suspenders and consider them being ready for holding other things down the sheet contraptions are fine. And that the electric blanket is a backup for nights you don't want to warm your bed other ways and/or for preheating the engine ;-)
