I'm dropping out of #Lore24. Not only it already feels like a chore, but in just 4 posts the setting I was planning has already turned out something I don't like.

I should have trusted my gut instincts. At least it didn't take much of my time and efforts.

I haven't tried my hand at #Dungeon23 because I felt I was going to drop it before the end of January, but somehow #Lore24 feels more doable.

I still have a week to make up my mind. Maybe I'll give it a try.

@perchance Is there a way to execute JS after update() has finished?

I've tried wrapping it in a custom function which emits an event, but it doesn't work the first time the page is loaded (since I can't replace that occurrence). Also, it seems like I can't trigger the update function once the document is loaded, so I was searching if there's an event which I can listen to, to know when update() has finished running.

@perchance Variable never resetting at refresh

Hi! I'm using a variable to count elements in my generator but every time I generate a new character, the counter's value carries on from the previous one. Is there a function to reset it (I set it to 0 at the beginning of the file)
