REGEDIT => HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search => New DWORD (32-bit) value
=> Name it BingSearchEnabled => Set it to 0
=> Type anything in the start menu and feel the wind in your digital hair as you fly through cyberspace at speeds unknown to lesser beings

@neatchee In case someone doesn't want to edit the Registry directly, there's tools that change these kinds of settings on a click, like O&O ShutUp10: https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10

@neatchee So, I have a usage question right away: In my default view, a lot of the posts are collapsed with only their first line shown. Is there some way to disable that so I don't have to click the uncollapse arrow on each of them?
