UMIGURI is working as intended via Steam Proton. Although... My controller (I don't have one, just the keyboard lol) doesn't

Guess this means that the game would be perfectly playable as long as I have a proper Chunithm controller (Tasoller?)

Sooo there is an inconspicuous chain arcade with Pump 2015... not sure if it's worth it for me to keep going there

Very good, PiVPN is working as intended as well. Was able to connect to my RasPi via the app WG Tunnel (Wireguard app isn't on Fdroid)

Thanks to Framework's firmware upgrade, my laptop has been stuck in black screen for almost an hour... Might just have to wait it out

So there's a bit of an annoying situation... my new home has free internet provided by Xfinity, but it uses their router

I think using their router would make running stuff like PiHole (or most other selfhosting things) borderline impossible... So I'll have to start figuring out solutions for this

Huh... so I just read this on Nature News, the folks at NIH raised their basepay by 8%, year 0 postdocs are now $61,008/yr (previous was $56,484/yr, I literally still have it on my offer letter)

On a separate note, I actually like the corny naming convention of old KDE apps... I wouldn't mind using KDE Konnekt, Kwenview, or Kolphin

Oh and I just realized that Houston's cityscape looks much better when driving by compared to when walking through. I really hope this isn't intentional

Mf I thought I might need to run some errands today and decided to drive to work... Between finding parking/traffic/etc took as long as taking public transit. Supposedly not even rush hour too

So it wasn't that bad of an idea to not drive in the first place...
