How are republicans champions of free speech? Banning books in schools is supporting free speech? Banning drag performances is supporting free speech? Even their complaints about “cancel culture” are bullshit, look at how quick they turn on companies that fly a rainbow flag. Republicans are just mad that they get called out on their bigotry now.
Came from Reddit. I basically use Apollo exclusively, so at the end of the month I’ll be cut off. Looked for alternatives, and kbin seemed like the best UI and was convenient to join (other sites are in invite only, or some Lemmy instances need you to fill out questions, etc.). New to the fediverse, trying to get the hang of it now.
