Absolutely 100% this. Don’t look it up. It’s on game pass if you’re not confident - just grab it and play it. It’s possibly one of the best games ever made.
Not sure if this counts as an anime, but I re-watch Kimi no na wa (your name) at least once a year and have a good cry. It's good shit. 10/10 would cry again.
Man I am conservatively hyped for this game. I know it's bethesda and they could pull something and fuck it up, but god does it look good. Sure theres a normal amount of bethesda jank, but it theres also just so much going on... It needs to be september already.
This is me as well. I’m really enjoying the connection between kbin, lemmy, and the ability to see and respond to mastodon posts. I’m completely new to the federated idea, but it’s a really cool one.
Especially when their damage output tends to scale as well. I find you often get into situations that it feels like the devs haven’t even tested. E.g the enemy can 2 tap you easily, but it’ll take you wailing at them for 3 minutes to kill them. Suddenly you’re playing a soulsbourne game without any of the mechanics that make soulsbourne games work. Recipe for not having a good time in my opinion. Sure it’s harder - but it’s not a fun, challenging difficulty, it’s just a die more and spend longer on each encounter difficulty.
I have two atm, one for my home computer (which I primarily game on, plus personal programming projects etc), where I use a 60% KBDFans HHKB Tofu with Zealios. For my work PC I went with something a little bit more ergonomic to save the ol' wrists a bit, and I have a self-built Dactyl Manuform Mini with Zealios also (I just really like Zealios, they're just my favourite way to the fealios).
This is a really great resource, but just wanted to add my 2c. I've had (or at least used) most of the variations on this list, and if I could do it again, I'd probably just further down the list faster. I'm a programmer by trade so I spend a lot of my time typing, and I can't express how much of a positive impact building a dactyl manuform has had on my wrists (and just general typing comfort). If you have a 3D printer already it's actually pretty easy to put everything together, and you could probably definitely do it all yourself under your budget (so long as you already have the soldering equipment). The kits are definitely going to run you more though. That said, in my opinion, its worth going at least to columnar stagger if you're going to go down this route! (Plus - if you're already relearning to type, do yourself a favour and switch from qwerty to dvorak or colemak or something like that!)
