Since the popular games have been mentioned, I'd like to suggest Re-Volt. Re-Volt is an arcade racer using RC cars. Some of the tracks are through a toy store, a supermarket, a castle, a neighborhood street. There's 28 different RC cars.
There is also an open source fan port/patch, RVGL. You'll still need the original game files. RGVL will patch for multiplatform native builds - Windows, Linux, macOS, Android - 4k support, extra tracks and cars etc.
