What about insurance flying low over populated regions? Air traffic control? I don't think the physical flying capability is the problem with flying cars
Eh, not enough content here yet to scratch the itch so I'm still lurking Reddit despite blackouts. That said, I'm not going to use the official app or browser, so once RIF stops working I'm done for real. My guess is that most of the remaining lurkers share that sentiment, and there will be a gradual preliminary migration for three next two weeks, followed by a huge wave after July 1st. Then there'll be content.
I start from the bottom. You can line up the buttons without needing to look in a mirror. I don't understand why anyone would start buttoning from the top. It's just less efficient. Explain your reasoning
Thumbs into collar to orient, line up top button but do not button, button from the second-to-top button down to the bottom.
If I'm not wearing a tie, the process is complete, top button not buttoned.
If I am wearing a tie, this is when I put on and button my pants (if I'm not wearing a tie my shirt isn't tucked in and my pants went on before my shirt), flip up the collar, button the top button, tie my tie, and flip down the collar.
I started using mastodon when musk bought twitter and kbin with all the reddit API shitshow. I like the idea of the fediverse but how does it have longevity?
At present, and throughout Rexxit, most need users are going to rock to the largest instances. Yes, this is contrary to the spirit of the fediverse, but it is consistent with the perception of Rexxitors. Perhaps eventually, things will spread out . I think the initial de facto centralization will persist for some time.
All the D&D drama recently got me looking into new systems for my upcoming homebrew campaign, and now I've aimed full tilt into GURPS. It's a fascinating system, accommodating to any level of crunch you want. You could reasonably run GURPS Ultra -Lite from character sheets the size of index cards, if you want to leave most of the mechanics up to GM improv. Or, you could use the full system with all the rulebooks and sourcebooks to run extremely realistic crunch-heavy play, if you want consistent, modular, play-tested mechanics. Or anything in between, for literally any setting and style you can imagine.
I can't imagine bothering with any other system now.
The first flying car, 'Model A,' approved by the FAA and it's 100% electric (www.usatoday.com)
Alef Aeronautics' 'Model A' has a driving range of 200 miles and a flight range of 110 miles. The company plans to start delivering cars by late 2025.
how many of you have genuinely ditched reddit?
due to the rolling blackout... I think it's had its effect....
Folks who wear button up shirts: do you start buttoning from the top button or the bottom?
I start from the bottom. You can line up the buttons without needing to look in a mirror. I don't understand why anyone would start buttoning from the top. It's just less efficient. Explain your reasoning
Would you transfer your consciousness to a robot for immortality?
I wouldn't. Immortality sounds miserable to me.
Months and weeks are weird if you think about it
Days are based of where the earth is facing during it's spin...
OC Pineapple not only belongs on pizza, but is superior to all other possible toppings.
I have extensive evidence to support this....
What games are you playing?
What games are you playing? What's your style?
I don't want to live in a country where Trump could be held accountable (www.usatoday.com)
Are we really the kind of county that allows 'evidence' to go before a 'grand jury' then lets that grand jury 'vote to indict' a former president?
Realistically how does the fediverse make money and remain sustainable? only donations?

What ttRPG are you playing right now/ or are you planning on trying soon?
I am interested in what RPGs the people here are playing. Tell me about the cool systems you are trying out or about your campaigns.
