At medical ones they waive both state and county tax. Check the rec and see if it specifies a dispensary location, they used to just specify the doctor you got it from to ensure it's real.

Dude the cheapest good bud you'll find is at the shadiest of places. Don't go to the mainstream dispensaries or chains, go to the actual medical dispensaries with your rec, no tax at those either. If you want to stick with concentrate find a place with deals, a lot of places have crazy ones on specific days of the week, like BoGo or everything is half off. In this city, you can also just makes friends with a grower and get flower for super cheap or at cost.
