hsinner,

It was so good. The whole was greater than the sum of its parts. I also dipped it in guacamole for some extra goodness

hsinner,

Yeah something between a melt and grilled cheese. The chicharon made it extra crunchy.

hsinner,

The sourdough I used has tumeric and butterfly pea flower in the dough, so it's naturally blueish purple and yellow

hsinner,

Missed opportunity

hsinner,

Yeah I'm thinking next time I'll cut the chicharon into smaller bits, but this one was still pretty good texture wise

hsinner,

Personally I'd lean towards grilled cheese with extra stuff in it for this sandwich. I feel like to be considered a melt it'd have to be something like a tuna melt where the cheese accompanies the tuna, and not the other way around. You think the classification is a question of volume proportions between cheese and whatever else is in it?

hsinner,

Nah with a melt, the other stuff is more important than the cheese. In a grilled cheese, the cheese is the star. Even in your link it says the cheese accompanies whatever else in a melt.

hsinner,

Sadly, I don't think it'll really stop that group. They'll just find another person to rally behind.

hsinner,

Maybe in a country that isn't corrupt.

hsinner,

15¢ for a sharp hooked tail? Talk about a steal

hsinner,

You're confusing the word revoked with the word forfeited. He's forfeiting it by disrupting the court. It's like the right to remain silent when you're arrested. The officer arresting you can't revoke it and make you answer or say anything, but you can choose to forfeit it and start talking.

hsinner,

I used cross sections of a sourdough sesame baguette, hollowed out. To make sure the egg was fully cooked, I put a lid on the pan and then let them finish uncovered to get a crunchy bottom.

hsinner,

@Arkaelus spread the love! And the good eats!

hsinner,

@CrayonRosary it was actually easy to eat. Definitely had to cut it up though

hsinner,

Oh interesting, I'm on kbin and it just adds that automatically when I reply. Thanks for the tip though

hsinner,

Dude the cheapest good bud you'll find is at the shadiest of places. Don't go to the mainstream dispensaries or chains, go to the actual medical dispensaries with your rec, no tax at those either. If you want to stick with concentrate find a place with deals, a lot of places have crazy ones on specific days of the week, like BoGo or everything is half off. In this city, you can also just makes friends with a grower and get flower for super cheap or at cost.

hsinner,

Unless they changed the medical card system in the last 3 years, that's not true. You can use that rec at any dispensary and they'll waive the state tax. At medical ones they waive both state and county tax. Check the rec and see if it specifies a dispensary location, they used to just specify the doctor you got it from to ensure it's real.

I have tried getting high quite a few times now with different products and it always ends the same, poorly. Advice?

I just wanted to relax. But instead, I begin to experience extremely unpleasant sensations. First is the pins and needles sensation, it’s everywhere, starts in the back of my throat and then travels all over my body. It sucks! Then I expect that the next part is from being far too high, despite only a few drags or the...

hsinner,

@surewhynotlem yeah this! Too much THC and too little CBD is probably what's causing these unpleasant experiences. OP if your goal is just to relax, I'd recommend CBD dominant strains/gummies, or get less potent stuff. THC and CBD are inversely related, and "less potent" typically refers to THC content, not CBD content.

hsinner,

Sorry, never saw your reply. Yeah just regular usage and fluctuations in the temp when you're heating it up and it cooling down. They take a while to form, and the more careful you are with it, the longer it'll take for them to form and have an impact to the performance. For example if you cook an omelette and immediately put water in there to clean it after, they're more likely to form.
