I've been thinking a great deal on systems that would help enable direct democracy, something I feel is vital in our increasingly centralized and polarized political world. In my eyes, votes are the eyes of the country - they are the best way for a governmental system to understand the needs of its populace....

Mine would probably be - A smorgasbord of a Cacio e Pepe, Greek marinated octopus, various temaki, cold smoked salmon with poached eggs on top of a perfect baguette, vegetable tempura, chocolate lava cake, and crème brulee.

I'd been raised to avoid things that weren't fine with my parents, but lately, I'd been trying to see the other sides through their writing (blog, novel, review, discussion, etc) and I regretted not doing it sooner. A lot of the things there would've helped me to become what I want to be.
