Twitch, Everyday is Halloween, and Land of Rape and Honey are gonna line up more. You may also enjoy some of the other side projects from that era if you haven’t tried them. Acid Horse, PTP, Lead into Gold or 1000 Homo DJs. All the later stuff starts to get a lot more guitar focused and less adventurous (though I do love The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste and Psalm 69).
