@TransitBiker This is true! And while I’m not anxious about transgender women using the same bathroom I use, I would not feel safe if cis dudes could be in there with me. Unisex single person bathrooms are fine because we can lock the door behind us. If it’s a larger bathroom with multiple stalls, any woman can share a stall next to me. Frankly, transgender men may be safer in the women’s bathroom too. So I guess I’m saying, let’s isolate cisgender men to their own bathrooms. 😏

To be honest, if I think about it a moment I imagine it has something to do with the "winner/loser" mentality... right? We like to jostle for position and the literal spot in which we are allowed to expose our penis but in a non-sexually implied way? hmm...
