Well, Premier League hasn't started with its 115 charges against the club. Apart from that, Guardiola has done amazingly as Arteta spending much but still no Premier League titles.

@filburutto I would begrudgingly agree his tactics are sound but backed by unlimited money from a nation state for transfer and wages, how’s that fair?
