ALSO, LEST YOU WONDER: Yes, justices shouldn't own individual stocks at all — please, write those stories, use this as an example! — but that isn't the point of my story, which is that a justice voting on trans cases might have participated in an anti-trans boycott. That's its own problem.
@chrisgeidner I found myself wishing he'd sold the stock before Chaya Raichek's piece went up, but he's probably too careful to get caught on insider trading laws until he has a chance to overturn them.
