Well, it’s, apparently, one of those days. The pineapple coconut upside down cake decided to stick to the cast iron pan. But the cake tastes good, at least.

Chicken breast and veggies in the oven for lunch. I’m trying my chocolate oatmeal raisin stout after the appropriate time. It has a nice head, mouthfeel and you get all the components.

Well, that’s a pain. My KitchenAid® Mixer died. The control lever got stuck on 3+ and there’s no way to shut it down. Yes, I know I can ship it to get it repaired…

I stopped by an Apple Store today to try the new iPad Pros. The screen is beautiful and the device felt incredibly light in my hands - until...

Until I tried one with the keyboard. Then the machine felt too heavy for me.

I don't currently use my keyboard that often and think if I get the 11" pro I would get the folio case, no keyboard, and I'd stick with the pencil I have.

My current is a 2018 11" iPad Pro

@dimsumthinking Be careful. The 2nd Gen Pencil is NOT compatible with the M4 Pro. Check compatibility.

@dimsumthinking The Pro w/kbd is still lighter than the previous Pro w/kbd. But, yes still a bit heavy. But what a nice kbd compared to the old one.

@dimsumthinking well I have posted about it ;) Mostly the fact that the Pro/Kbd combo are difficult to open since the kbd edge is now flush with the ipad and there is nothing to grab hold of. The old kbd had a plastic lip.
