We got some HEAVY rain last night, so while we're supposed to have a softball game for my 9 year olds tonight, it may get cancelled.

So, I had blood work done recently. I have it done regularly as I have high cholesterol. The doctor wants to check to ensure my meds are working. This time I had a testosterone panel.

My numbers came back fine. Close to the middle-ish of the "normal" range for a man of my age.

I did need to get it checked. Overall I'm fine and there's no indication of medical issues based on my testosterone levels

A lot of men tend not to talk about this or other types of testing for themselves. I know my Dad never really did.

We should.

There's no shame in whatever your testosterone levels are, regardless of what the back or your mind or society tries to tell you.

Anyway - stay healthy. Be kind to yourself. Fight the lies society tells you.

I've been a life long anime fan ever since I was watching Cowboy Bebop and Bubble Gum Crisis on Toonami

I'm a massive One Piece fan and try to watch a few new shows each season. My preferenc is for light hearted and featuring adult characters which is why Wotakoi and New Game are some of my absolute favourite shows

I've only ever read the manga and watched like...one of the anime movies.

Today is sports day at the elementary school, so I am off now to go check it out and cheer for my two favorite 4th graders on Team Blue. Got a picnic lunch on my back too.

But, it still feel like...a lot of stuff. Nayeon's "Na" Digi-pack alone includes a photobook, a card, a sticker, a Polaroid, and a few more things, it seems. I'm just going to listen to the CD in my car, don't really need (or want) all those pics, etc. :akkoShrug:

Last night my 9 year olds had their second softball game of the season (since 3 of them were cancelled due to rain). They won! 8-7.
