Google is geared to generating this sort of misunderstandings. Here it isn’t the fake Minard, but an actual Minard-related portrait, for some reason lifted to illustrate the Wikipedia snippet. Maybe the system recognizing that this is about a person and picking the only pic of a person in the article?

If you read it the image caption explains that this is "Eugène Rouher painted by Alexandre Cabanel, ca. 1861. A map by Charles Joseph Minard is draped over the chair in the background."
