Die Flutkatastrophe in Süddeutschland forderte bereits die ersten Todesopfer. Um sich selbst ein Bild von der Lage vor Ort zu machen, ist Bundeskanzler Scholz gemeinsam mit Bundesinnenministerin Nancy Faeser in das Flutgebiet nach Reichertshofen gereist.
Der Kanzler dankte den Einsatzkräften und Freiwilligen vor Ort für ihren tagelangen Einsatz und versprach - auch mit den Möglichkeiten des Bundes - Unterstützung im Kampf gegen die Flut.

ich finde Ihren erneuten Besuch im Katastrophengebiet ekelhaft und zynisch.
Sie hätten die Möglichkeit, drastische Anpassungen zur Reduktion der klimaschädlichen CO2-Emissionen durchzuführen, statt dessen haben Sie das KSG aufgeweicht, und lassen etwa dem Verkehrsminister durchgehen, die dringend nötige und gut machbare Abgasverringerung zu realisieren.
Ihre Worte sind leer und wie Hohn in den Ohren der Betroffenen.
Schämen Sie sich!

So, we’re soon finally getting around to the Duplo->Lego transition in our household. Our youngest (soon turning 2) has only recently got out of the habit of putting everything in her mouth. We don’t have a space that’s inaccessible to her that could act as Lego play area, and, well those 2x1 basic bricks are prime causes of suffocation.
Any tips for keeping Lego vaguely organised & contained with young kids? I’m dreading it going absolutely everywhere and small parts getting lost.

ICE 917 nach Ulm mit 30 Minuten Verspätung, aber im Ernst, mit frischem Kaffee und Zimtschnecken aus dem Bordbistro geht das auch.

Mit dem Auto würde man auch im Stau stehen, da fahre ich lieber mit der Bahn 🤗

Wow, it is 2024, and when you use the buggy "Apple Music.app" in macOS 14.5 "Sonoma" to copy music files to an iPhone, it shows a progress bar.

In the Finder.

IF the device window of that iPhone is open. In the Finder.

I mean, sure. This is the most obvious place, right? RIGHT?

Meanwhile, the buggy "Apple Music.app" shows a silly ugly little wedge only, which is impossible to read and has no context at all.

And that from a gigantic company that once dominated innovative and easy-to-user interfaces.

This? This is total crApp. Horrible user interface design.
