(Full disclosure, my partner is a personal friend of his and heās the sweetest dude. Give him all the love, give him a listen, enjoy yourselves, hear what heās trying to say. I mean, if the worldās going to shit anyhow, why not take some solace knowing that thereās a guy out there searching for his best life by rappinā about his best friends. š¤āš½ )
The album 'pride' is originally what got me into him. It's really good and has a weirdness to it I love. But I agree - song for zula is one of the greatest. The rest of this album didn't do it for me either.
However, seeing them live is fucking fantastic. You don't need to like their songs to have a good fucking time. Their passion is contagious.
Love this band so much and this did not disappoint. Listened to it this morning on Spotify and then the vinyl copy I preordered arrived so listening again now.
I donāt have 45 minutes to listen to a podcast. I just want to know companies and devices, because afaik most major devices/OSes are locked down and require at least user permissions for accessing things like the mic, and companies can have their apps pulled for violating TOS.
Looks like this 404 Media report caught some attention, but it looks like Cox Media Group was lying about what they are/were able to do.
I also didnāt want to sit through 40+ minutes of podcast, so I found a writeup on their site about a press release from Cox Media Group making some bold claims that they have since backtracked on.
As per the last time this came up, you can listen to the episode without an account if you listen via the embed (... -> share -> embed episode), though this disables some of the mixed-in music etc.
@MHLoppy Seems to be, yeah. Nothing specifically declaring it a Spotify exclusive so theyāre probably doing it this way to simplify things but all the past episode Twitter announcements about it link to Spotify only and i canāt find official hosting anywhere else.
Should be just the tracks from c/music, within the last 7 days. It has to search for the artist and track name on spotify, and should only list it here if there was a match found; which means unfortunately, if itās not on spotify my script wonāt put it on the list here. But what youāre saying is different, in that these tracks arenāt on Beehaw in the last week? That isnāt the purpose of these threads; Iāll have to take a look into why that is currently not doing as I requested.
EDIT: I notice what you are talking about. My apologies, remove those erroneous entries from the playlist.I will work to refine my posting for these threads.
