I was really looking forward to upgrading my moms Huawei laptop from Zorin 16 to 17, hoping that it would fix the sound issue (the issue being there is no sound).
Unfortunately, no. The only thing that seems to have happened is that the cursor gets really big now whenever it's over a window.
Still, if that's the only issue after upgrading, that's the best experience I've ever had upgrading from one Linux distro version to another, so kudos to Zorin for that.
I'm working up something for #SCaLE next week. Hoping I'm successful in what I'm trying to do, but if you have a current version of #Fedora or #OpenSUSE Tumbleweed or a similar glibc compatible distro with a working 3¼" floppy, come find me. I'll hopefully have something for you.
