Use construction adhesive. It’s inexpensive and actually works with your use-case

Like PeachMan said, if you try to lay down the filament and then place the tile, it’ll harden too fast for that to work. You can use a 3d pen to attach two things along the seam where the two things are touching though, I’ve done that.

No, filament dries much faster than hot glue, it’s solid within a second after coming out of the nozzle.

Use tile adhesive, it’s the proper tool for the task.
