The political equivalent of sticking their fingers in their ears while chanting "I can't hear you" when faced with unpalatable (to them) truths. AntiVaxxers, climate deniers and the like. Started to watch Partygate last night. Made me very angry so went to bed before it finished. Did wonder whether anybody who attended those parties has a scintilla of integrity or conscience and is feeling bad now.
