What is the reason for continually using twitter link shortened URLs on #Mastodon

@stuey_b Hi Stuey, We were originally using these because the software we use to auto-post to social media doesn't work with Mastodon. Our short-term solution has been to auto-post our Tweets here.

However, as you and others pointed out, this mean't Twitter shortened URLs were also posted. We have now fixed this and none of our future posts will include Twitter shortened URLs.
