Shoutout to anyone as old as me that remembers playing NightTrap as a kid. This at the time was the most realistic thing i had ever seen.

@ChildlessBambino I just read “Console Wars” book by Blake J. Harris, and Night Trap was frequently mentioned. Apparently, American government was very much against violence in kids content such as #VideoGames.
@darth yeah it was insane the amount of controversy it generated. Certain stores refusing to sell it etc. Nowadays it wouldn't be a slight issue when we have those crazy Mortal Kombat fatalities lol
