@ai6yr@mzedp my Mom told me that when I was a toddler I’d play with these for hours and then I’d eat them. I’m 70 so didn’t hurt me too bad - and I ate them raw 🥴
@ai6yr I don't think I could bring myself to toss living pillbugs directly into boiling water, even if I weren't a vegetarian; that just seems like a terrible way to go. But I'll admit I can't think of a better, less painful way to kill them.
@mzedp@KanaMauna Very good point, LOL. One of the other recipes drowns them in bacon... I mean, you can eat cardboard cooked in bacon and it would taste good 😂
