@GottaLaff Ironically, Seven Springs was one of the many properties Trump overvalued. The development lots appraised at $5-21m with the conservation easement, but Trump inflated that to $161m, ignoring the easement. (p. 25 of Engoron's judgment).
I don't recall what the mansion itself was worth - maybe $50m comes to mind?
So even assuming no mortgage (which is a stretch), selling Seven Springs would satisfy just over 10% of the NYAG judgment. and with a mortgage, even less!
@Wileymiller@GottaLaff I believe it will be worth whatever they are able to sell the properties for in an arms-length transaction.
It's a pity Mar-a-Lago is in FL, as the NYAG will no doubt exhaust all NY property she can seize, before undergoing the rigmarole of trying to enforce the judgment against property in other states.
I would love for the NYAG to sell MAL, not just so Trump has to move, but to prove no one would pay even a fraction of the $1bn+ he claims it's worth.

the golf course though, would be priceless. it's on AOC's district and it was her questioning Cohen of how they managed the property that started this ball rolling.
it would be amazing if they turned that golf course into a public park.
