Wizards of the Coast hired the Pinkertons, film studios have more power now than they ever did back when they were broken up with anti-trust laws, and children are still working in dangerous factories. It’s not much of a stretch to believe that a massive military contractor would engage in some good old fashioned corporate assassination.
