So the #windows updates broke my husband’s computer, so he’s doing a full reformat of his HDD. I’m putting 17.2 on my iPad right now. Already put it on my phone. Trying to push through update to my last Apple Watch right now too....

Just did a little 20 minute treadmill run, and I did a 20 minute power walk outside this morning. Nothing major but trying to keep a regular exercise schedule as it can only be beneficial for my mental health #running #fitness #peloton

Doing both my first long (for me) ride (45 minutes) and then kicking off my new weight training program with the required fitness level assessment is really kicking my ass today.
