My first thought is that no good will come of Peloton being acquired by a private equity firm. More often than not it is a vampire operation: they suck the company dry, break it up for parts, and then pockets all the cash. Sometimes they can be productive but I can't assume that. #peloton msn.com/en-us/money/companies/…
Boom.
Bust.
“#Peloton’s #CEO Barry McCarthy is stepping down after announcing yet another round of #layoffs, this time affecting about 15 percent of its remaining workforce, or roughly 400 global team members. It’s the fifth round of #layoffs to hit the pandemic darling and comes after McCarthy said on its Q1 2023 earnings call that the company was done with #layoffs and that the ‘ship was turning’”

Jumping back into #PowerZone training; it’s been a few months since my first #ftp so I’m curious of the current levels. Doing the German #peloton courses this time to ensure love is equally spread. #cycling
Almost a perfect #workout month on #peloton but in fairness February 3rd was a family trip, dinner and game night with my wife’s coworkers soooooo……. Next month will be perfect!
Another ride down in my #peloton challenge to do every instructor's first class. This is Ally Love's first from 2019 and it was brutal! I apparently tried it once before two months into my fitness reboot and gave up ten minutes in. onepeloton.com/classes/5cb429a…
@jesse_saenz Tough brutal. It was supposed to be an easy day. Usually I can just stay in the lower ranges and make any day an easy day now. Nope. :). Totally worth doing for a harder workout day though. It's just back then there was no way I could do that much output.
Second up in my challenge to ride each of the first workouts for every #Peloton instructor is Cody Rigsby from back in 2019 (as far back as the archive goes) #CodyRigsby#exercise#fitness#cycling
