@jakers @pluralistic Ah, a credit card for those with credit scores below 500.

I notice that they do not clearly indicate the late penalty amounts. That's where many credit companies make the bulk of their profit.

It has a zero yearly fee - so a number of progressives could sign up, but never use, the card, thus creating a cost drain on the company to send cards and statements.
