The washing has been put away. Even the stuff in the DryPod, which I had forgetten existed 😔
I've even put another load on because I am, in fact, a masochist.
I expect to be showered with constant praise throughout the day.

@PaulNickson Agreed. It's the paucity of good reporting that's making it worse - for me, anyway.
It seems avoidance is a common approach on here today - all wittering, no news. I must say I'm enjoying it.
@PaulNickson I've been sticking to my notifications and talking to all the other news avoiders/housework avoiders/general nuisances instead. Anyone remotely mentioning current affairs is being politely ignored.
@PaulNickson Most days I kind of feel obliged to at least bear witness to the stuff that's going on, as there's literally nothing I can do about it.

@fkamiah17 The child let me put his laundry away the other day, with the comment of "hey mum, maybe you can do yours too".....so it has to sit there for eternity!
