@element@mynacol I think if you add a condition like this "If at any time the code stops being available under agplv3, this agreement will get cancelled automatically".
This will ensure someone buying Element in future can't stop giving the AGPLv3 version as their ability to provide alternative proprietary license depends on this cla.
