- create minimum viable product
- have no clue about your business model
- be happy and surprised that people actually use what you build
- find out why people are actually using your product
- improve product
- improve business model to point it should have been at the beginning if only you had known about peoples actual use-cases then.
- get investors with traction
- "improve" business model to death.
