One of the flaws of democracy is that there is no way to exclude people from decisions whose consequences won't affect them, if they lack the decency to act on the behalf of those whom those decisions will affect.

@xahteiwi Which is why I'm all for a maximum voting age of (statistical life expectancy - minimum voting age), both active and passive.

For example in Austria that would mean no active voting rights after 66, no election to parliament after 64.

Please stop using generated art for thumbnails and illustrations for videos and blog posts that aren’t generated themselves. It gives people the impression that the post is spammy bullshit. Starting to see people dismiss links out of hand just because of the preview thumbnail on social media

Ja, wäre trotzdem schön wenn der Server weniger verbose logging hätte und der Client datenschutzfreundlichere Defaults. Baby steps…

Habe gestern auf Roll20 gespielt, und heute auf geleitet, und es ist wirklich solch ein Komfort-Unterschied, krass. Ansonsten kann ich noch berichten, dass ich gestern sehr viel Spaß in Rime of the Frostmaiden hatte, meine Lvl 6 Barbarin hat einfach mal 56 Schaden in einer Runde gemacht. Und heute habe ich einfach mal spontan eine gescheiterte Gewerkschaftsgründung mit anschließendem Massenkampf geleitet, und es war so cool. Gerechtigkeit für die Skips! :-)

Wie oft könnt ihr Romane üblicherweise lesen?

Ich schaffe es fast nie ein Buch mehr als einmal zu lesen einfach weil ich die Geschichte ja schon kenne. Die seltenen Ausnahmen sind Bücher wie "Dune", J.R.R. Tolkien, Terry Pratchett oder Isaac Asimov.
